BCC realizes that there are many companies out there that can do your control system.

BCC wants you to realize that there aren’t any companies that have the experience that BCC does when it comes to designing, installing & starting-up a Pellet Plant.

Since 2005, BCC has started-up 6 pellet plants with a total of 17 pellet mills (both CPM & Sprout).  All of these systems were primarily wet dust systems with complete rotary drum drying & solid fuel burner packages included.

No one has a more complete understanding of pellet plant control & equipment interlocking than BCC.

All BCC controlled pellet plants have remote internet access.  This access allows us to completely troubleshoot & repair controls issues without the need for plant visits keeping plant downtime to a minimum.
